The European Parliament has awarded the Sakharov Prize for Freedom of Thought since 1988 to individuals and organizations that have made an outstanding contribution to protecting human rights. To mark 30 years of the Sakharov Prize, the European Parliament, together with Magnum Photos, presents a new documentary project profiling four human rights activists from all over the world. This exhibition gives voice to those unknown heroes by plunging into their daily lives, seen through the different perspectives of Magnum photographers.
