Ângelo de Sousa shoots the quince at his house, trying out lenses and cardboard cut-outs that act as diaphragms, playing with variations of light, colour and shape. The vegetable shapes and the light produce movements that range from pictorial abstraction to the physical nature of shooting, thus recalling a possible notion of intimacy.
