40 years ago a group of skilled engineers at Lucas Aerospace UK were faced with crisis, austerity and the threat of their factory closing. They responded with a radical plan, designing numerous socially useful and environmentally sustainable alternatives to the military products their company made. The Plan dares to ask how might our lives be now had Lucas workers’ plan not been prevented.
