Program

A counter-surveillance documentary about the Red Squad, a security service charged with photographing, filming and taping all political demonstrations in New York. The filmmakers reverse the dispositive against the cops: they film and tape them, collecting information on police tactics. The hunted filmmakers turn into the hunters.
