Catherine goes back to live with her daughter. The mother is a musician; the daughter is a writer. In order to work in peace, she wants to rent a small apartment. Unless she sells the duplex, and moves into a big house in the country with her mother... In a ceaseless whirlwind, real-estate agents and potential buyers invade the two women's life.
