Lam and Tallou go to see Damouré in his doctor's office in Niamey (Niger). They want to know what AIDS is. Damouré explains to them how the disease is transmitted, advises them to use condoms, tells them to be particularly careful about sterilising razors and syringes and encourages them not to reject infected people they come into contact with.
