{"id":503115,"date":"2019-12-26T09:18:43","date_gmt":"2019-12-26T09:18:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.doclisboa.org\/2019\/?p=503115"},"modified":"2019-12-26T09:18:43","modified_gmt":"2019-12-26T09:18:43","slug":"doclisboa-procura-direccao-de-producao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.doclisboa.org\/2019\/doclisboa-procura-direccao-de-producao\/","title":{"rendered":"Doclisboa procura Direc\u00e7\u00e3o de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">APORDOC procura <\/span><b>Direc\u00e7\u00e3o de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com o objetivo de constitui\u00e7\u00e3o da equipa do <strong>DOCLISBOA<\/strong> procuramos: Direc\u00e7\u00e3o de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>FUN\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Produ\u00e7\u00e3o operacional das atividades integradas na programa\u00e7\u00e3o do Doclisboa e da Apordoc, exercendo as compet\u00eancias que lhe sejam delegadas designadamente nas seguintes \u00e1reas funcionais:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaborar candidaturas e relat\u00f3rios financeiros e de atividade a entidades p\u00fablicas e\/ou privadas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervis\u00e3o de or\u00e7amentos de execu\u00e7\u00e3o e tesouraria;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planeamento estrat\u00e9gico para a capta\u00e7\u00e3o de fundos e coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da sua execu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Articula\u00e7\u00e3o com as entidades e individualidades parceiras no \u00e2mbito da programa\u00e7\u00e3o \/ atividade;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Execu\u00e7\u00e3o de planeamento de produ\u00e7\u00e3o ao longo do ano;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos conducentes \u00e0 garantia de condi\u00e7\u00f5es de produ\u00e7\u00e3o\/ log\u00edsticas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acompanhamento de processos de celebra\u00e7\u00e3o de contratos\/protocolos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acompanhamento de processos de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os externos e respetivo controlo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supervis\u00e3o e acompanhamento de opera\u00e7\u00f5es e log\u00edstica nos diferentes projectos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Colabora\u00e7\u00e3o no controlo e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o geral do escrit\u00f3rio:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o de equipas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><b>PERFIL<\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forma\u00e7\u00e3o compat\u00edvel com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experi\u00eancia m\u00ednima de 3 anos em fun\u00e7\u00f5es de direc\u00e7\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de festivais, produ\u00e7\u00e3o de cinema, gest\u00e3o, ou atividade similar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forma\u00e7\u00e3o em Gest\u00e3o (preferencial);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gosto pelo cinema;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dom\u00ednio da l\u00edngua portuguesa falada e escrita;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profici\u00eancia em ingl\u00eas (conhecimentos de franc\u00eas como fator preferencial);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dom\u00ednio das ferramentas do Microsoft Office &#8211;
