They try to invent a life for themselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Somewhere between documentary and fiction, through the film\u2019s free and fluid construction, featuring Severine Jonckeere and Luc Chessel in the main roles, Val\u00e9rie Massadian conceives a movie from invisible gestures that make us grow.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/vimeo.com\/276472298\">Milla<\/a>\u201d was awarded the Grand Prize in the International Competition of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.doclisboa.org\/2017\/filmes\/milla\/\">Doclisboa\u201917<\/a>, the award for Best Achievement in \u201cFilmmakers of the Present\u201d at Locarno Festival, Grand Prix at Lanzarote Film Festival and Best Director in Ficunam\u2019s International Competition.<\/p>\n<p>Finally on public release in Portugal from this week,\u00a0on 30\u00a0August\u00a0\u201cMilla\u201d premieres with two screenings with the presence of the film\u2019s director and actors, at\u00a07:00 p.m. and 9:45 p.m, at Cinema Ideal, Lisbon.\u00a0Tickets for these two screenings are free of charge, to celebrate both the reopening and fourth anniversary (congratulations!) of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cinemaideal.pt\/\">Cinema Ideal<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Milla is 17 and Leo is not much lot older.
