In its third year, Arch\u00e9 faces some major transformations that are the result of its growth and consistency. Aside from Portugal and Spain, it welcomes projects from Latina America and Portuguese-speaking countries. We wanted to create a privileged place for meeting, training and sharing, meant for artists, producers and other cultural players, to bring closer cinematic geographies, and to encourage and promote creation, dialogue and collaboration networks among these countries.<\/p>\n

We wish to highlight the partnership with the Buenos Aires Young Art Biennale, whose winner will participate in Arch\u00e9 2017, complete an artistic residency at Hangar (Lisbon) during the month of November, and then move along to MGR\/WORK, the lab at the Spanish festival M\u00e1rgenes that has been Arch\u00e9\u2019s partner since its first edition.
\nFor the first time, an Arch\u00e9 Jury will award two projects in different stages of pre- and post-production, looking to encourage and foster creation, and to propel projects in the final stage of editing.<\/p>\n

We also wish to emphasise the creation of two new workshops: a third in the scope of Doclisboa, coordinated by Laura Huertas Mill\u00e1n, and one in Porto, in collaboration with Porto\/Post\/Doc, tutored by film director Andr\u00e9s Duque. Both are intended to projects in different stages of development.<\/p>\n
